Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Sweden with additional offices in Norway, Ireland, and Finland, Refapp is growing steadily at a high speed. We aim to be a game-changer in the recruitment industry and to disrupt the traditional way of doing reference checking. By digitising and making the process smooth, secure, and efficient we make way for a better experience for recruiters, candidates, and referees.
Reference checking is often a mandatory part of the hiring process and it has great potential to provide value to companies by adding external perspective and insights regarding the potential of a candidate. We believe that this step in the recruitment process will remain, but that the method needs to be refined.
