Refapp customer satisfaction survey 2021
Earlier this year we sent a customer satisfaction survey to our more than 3000 users in Refapp. We wanted to gain greater insight into the user experience and how to make Refapp even better. What feedback did we get?
We were happy to see that many took the time to answer the survey, thus we got a good basis to read patterns and draw conclusions from.

A large number of our users also told us that:

We also asked the question: “On a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest, how likely is it that you would recommend Refapp to a friend or colleague?" We got an average of 9.2, a number we are very proud and happy about!
We also got feedback and requests for new features. We started building straight away, here are a couple of the most appreciated ones:
Refapp collects information about the relationship between the candidate and referees
We got feedback that it would be valuable to have Refapp automatically collect information from candidates and referees regarding their professional relationship. The information is visualised in the reference report to get a clear overview. Smooth!
Remind candidates to submit their referees
We made it even easier to request candidates to submit the contact details to their referees and to send out reminders to candidates who are late to reply.
Share previews of questionnaires with colleagues or customers outside of Refapp
When you are creating customised questionnaires for a specific job position, you might want to share a preview of this with a colleague, manager or customer, who doesn’t have a Refapp account. Easy peasy!
Set “Quiet period” in Refapp when mailings to candidates and referees are paused
You can now set when you do not want automatic emails and text messages to be sent out to candidates and referees, for example late at night or on the weekends.
